Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
PLACING ORDERS: Orders can be placed via the web site, regular mail, phone or fax. All orders must include; customer name, e-mail address, shipping address, phone number, and form of payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Check or Money Order. We will ship your order when we receive your money order or when your check clears the bank. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 service charge. All orders shipped within the state of Texas will incur an 8.25% sales tax charge. All prices are in US dollars.
WEB SITE: Orders can be placed on the web site by using the on-line shopping cart. We have a secure site, so all credit card orders are protected. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order once you have processed the order.

Be sure to include your name, e-mail address, shipping address, phone number and form of payment. You may print the order form from the web site and enclose that with your payment.
PHONE: You may order by calling 972-414-5362 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) Monday through Saturday. Be sure to have your credit card information.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
• All orders are shipped via US Priority mail (US only), or via US Global mail (international.)
• Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.
• Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of all US orders. Add a week for international orders.
• Shipping fees for US orders start at $6.00, then increase accordingly depending on the price of the total items ordered.
• Shipping fees for international orders start at $15.00. You may e-mail us for exact shipping rates.
GIFTS: All orders are automatically gift wrapped in your choice of tissue paper. We can also enclose a gift card with your message for no additional charge. Since most orders are for gifts, we do not enclose an invoice or receipt. If you would like us to mail you one, just ask.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: If you have a special request please call or e-mail us. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.
